Dallas BBB staff members who attended Williams seminars questioned several aspects, "including misleading use of third-party (non-industry) sources, incomplete information concerning the company's Investment programs and the representation that the market cannot be saturated by overrecruited.

"It appears he (Williams) has taken the insurance replacement concept and combined that with a pyramid marketing approach." said Jack Jansen, certified financial planner with Waddell and Reed Inc.
