- Another suggestion was to review the advertising rules to clearly indicate the joint responsibility of insurers and agents in the area of abusive sales practices.

- Mr. DeAngelo moved and Ms. Lindley-Myers seconded a motion to adopt the amended Advertisements of Life Insurance and Annuities Model Regulation (Attachment Four). The motion passed.
